Fr. Ronald Herrera Encisco

Fr._Ronald_Enciso.jpgWith great joy I write this letter of gratitude to all of the benefactors of Santa Croce students. My name is Fr. Ronald Herrera Enciso and I am a priest from the Archdiocese of Cuzco, Peru. Due to your generosity, I am here in Rome now studying to complete a licentiate degree in canon law at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross.

With joy I recall the moment, a memory I will cherish always, when my then bishop, Monsignor Juan Antonio Ugarte, told me to submit my request for scholarship so that I might come to Rome. The Lord, who is generous, allowed me this great privilege. I was deeply moved when I learned of your generosity in making my studies possible.

Your support helps me not only financially, but also humanly and spiritually. Your support inspires to become more detached from things, and to be generous, for the good of others.

Ever since I was a seminarian I have often prayed for my benefactors. I want you to know that you can count on the prayers of this priest.

God bless you,

Fr. Ronald Herrera Enciso
