After graduating with a philosophy degree (Gordon College, 1976) I owned and managed a Christian bookstore for ten years. I converted to Catholicism in 2000 and joined St. Mary’s Church in New Haven, Connecticut (mother church of the Knights of Columbus). Over the years I have served on the RCIA committee, as a catechist for middle-school students, and as a choir member.

Since 2000, I have been the editor and publisher of CSL: The Bulletin of the New York C.S. Lewis Society. This literary society was founded in 1969 to share and promote interest in the writings of C.S. Lewis, the great 20th century Christian apologist and novelist (www.nycslsociety.com). That experience led me to launch a small independent publishing business which has issued over fifty books, primarily exploring the intersections of faith and fiction (www.wingedlionpress.com).

Since 2006, I have specialized in creating direct mail appeals and donor newsletters. I am grateful for the opportunity to advance the work of Santa Croce and the Catholic Church.
