Gifts of Real Estate
Do you have a property you don't need? It can do some good for the future of the Church.
Do you have a property that you don't use anymore?
Real estate that isn't doing anything for you could do a lot for the Church. Your gift of property could help train the future leaders of the Church.
A bequest (will, living trust, beneficiary designation of IRAs or insurance) is an expression of your commitment to the people and groups that you cherish here on earth. As a supporter of the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross Foundation here in the United States you are ensured that any gift you make goes directly to Santa Croce in Rome, as it is the sole purpose for which the Foundation exists. Our mission is for the training of future leaders to serve the universal Church…leaders from all over the world to faithfully serve in the world. As Saint Paul says “Love never ends.” (1 Corinthians 13:8) and a bequest to the Church is your expression of that never ending love. If you should decide to remember the Pontifical University of Holy Cross Foundation in your final plans, you will automatically be enrolled in the Santa Croce Legacy Guild. This special association is a way we recognize those who have included the University in their estate plans. Click here for more information on leaving a legacy gift.
